Fujian 25mm C Mount lens on Panasonic G7

Fujian 25mm C Mount lens on Panasonic G7 in lovely Ultra HD. This is an inexpensive $25 or so lens and we shot it about F8 to avoid a narrow depth of field. This lens has a maximum aperture of F1.4 tho gets some interesting looks. This isn't a main lens but it is certainly fun to play with. This is a Chinese made manual Focus C mount lens. Neewer UniDirectional Condensor Mic on Sony A7 at Mad Mohawk Films

Taking another listen to this Neewer Super Unidirectional mic, it's powered by a single AA battery. It has a Normal and a Tele mode for more distant use. I plugged the Mic into the iRig Pre  via an XLR cable then into a TRRS to TRS adapter into the Sony A7. This setup gave MUCH better results than using the included cable to a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter direct into camera. I used the Sigma 60mm F2.8 Art lens on the A7, 1/50 shutter speed and F2.8 Aperture.

Think you need expensive lights? Think again.

Think you need an elaborate lighting setup to shoot video? Think again, in this video I use 2 inexpensive LED lights run off batteries. The Neewer CN-160 is one of them, set 45 degrees off to my right, Cost $26 or so, I used one of the included color gels to warm the image. The other is applied head on, a BestLight Ring48 ring light on the end of the Sigma 60mm F2.8 Art Lens on a Sony A7, also with a warming color filter on it. No opther lights were on in the studio. I think it looks pretty good, hopefully you agree. Below is the 2 Lights in action.
