Subtronics just unveiled his biggest collaboration yet.
Subtronics has been on an absolute tear in 2019, and he spent his latest performance testing out his biggest track to date. The Philadelphia DJ/producer played an as-yet-unnamed Excision collaboration at the 2019 edition of HiJinx.
A theatrical buildup precedes metallic, bone-rattling bass wobbles in the song debut captured on video by a fan. In the second half of the clip, Subtronics (real name Jesse Kardon) double drops it with TYNAN and Kompany's VIP of "Extraterrestrial."
Having made a name for himself with the famous Now That's What I Call Riddim mixes, Kardon's recent work with numerous bass music mainstays is an indication of how far he's come. In the past six months alone, he's collaborated with the likes of Rusko, NGHTMRE, GRiZ and Zeds Dead.
HiJinx will conclude tonight, December 28th, with performances by Skrillex, Porter Robinson and Excision himself, who will play a back-to-back set with SLANDER.
