From the Credits it says it's the Ancient Tarot of Marseille , the graphics are serviceable but nothing earth shattering unlike some other apps, It gives the background info of what the cards mean so you can interpert your spread. It does 3 card spreads for 3 different topics, Love, Family and Career tho the full Paid version offers more tho I've not used the full version so not sure how much better it may be. Tarot First Look at Mad Mohawk Films

Taking a first look at a Tarot App for the iPad, I think I shall make Tuesdays our Tarot/Horoscope and similar app day tho at some point I'll do some spreads using some of the Gorgeous Tarot decks that are out there. This app works well, the Graphics could be nicer but they are serviceable and the explanations of the cards are pretty clear and straight forward.
