Rode VideoMicro on the Sony A7

Rode VideoMicro on the Sony A7 may just be a perfect Run & Gun combination. In this video we have the Rode VideoMicro on the Sony A7 about 3-4 feet away in the studio. Hopefully this will give you some idea of how it sounds. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm Mr Lavalier or Condenser Mic Guy but the VideoMicro did pretty well. I'll have to test outdoors soon too to see how well the included Deadcat helps with Wind. This mic does NOT require a battery and still preforms quite well.
