Exchange LA to Once Again Host Spark of Love Toy Drive

Insomniac's Day Trip event brand will help put together a special Night Trip X-Mas theme at the event.

One of Los Angeles' most reputed nightclubs is doing its part for people in need this holiday season. On Friday, December 20th, Exchange LA will team up with the Los Angeles Fire Department to host a toy drive called Spark of Love for the eighth year running.

Unlike most events held at the Los Angeles mainstay, attendees must simply bring an unwrapped toy valued at $20 or more for entrance. Alternately, they can buy tickets or sponsored tables, with proceeds benefitting the initiative. VNSSA is headlining the event with Steady Rock, LondonBridge and secret special guests also billed.

This year, Exchange LA has partnered with Insomniac event brand Day Trip for a curated theme they've dubbed Night Trip X-Mas. Snow machines and specialty drinks looks to add just as much to the atmosphere as the house music, which organizers promise will go all night long. In collaboration with the Fire Department, they've managed to $10,000 for at-risk youth and local schools.

2019 marks the 27th year of Spark of Love, with Exchange LA serving as the venue for the last eight. Previous editions included partnerships with Skrillex's OWSLA label and Gareth Emery's Electric for Life Foundation, among other groups.
