Minolta 100 to 300mm Zoom Lens on Sony A7. Taking a look at this lovely old Minolta lens I got from a gentleman in Japan for $20, likely in the 1990's when new it was several hundred dollars. Couple this with the Sony LA-EA4 adapter and I've got a fairly sharp Telephoto lens for $20 WITH AutoFocus. May not have the coatings as the New FE lenses nor does it have Image Stabilization nor even be as lightweight as the FE lenses but it's certainly much more wallet friendly espescially if you already have the LA-EA4 which is about $350. These Vintage Minolta 35mm Film camera lenses are plentiful and easy to find ad sell for good prices. Even my Tokina 28-70mm F2.8 was a paltry $150 and the seller included 7 72mm Tiffen Filters with it all still in their original boxes. I picked up a Tamron 28-200mm F4.-5.6 Zoom for $40 , The Sony 24-240mm FE lens is $1000. If you have a Sony A mount Camera you don't even need an adapter to use these beauties.
